  • Hereditary condition.
  • Bilateral swelling at the mandibular angle during childhood. The swelling is progressive and painless.
  • Bilateral multilocular radiolucencies at the angle of the mandible. Occasionally posterior maxilla.
  • Well-defined, well-corticated border.
  • Adjacent teeth: marked displacement, impaction, root resorption.
