TMJ dysfunction


  • Internal derangement: Closed mouth the disk is displaced, usually anteriorly.
  • Condylar head shape, articular surface and glenoid fossa shape show normal radiographic appearance.
  • Possible increase or reduction in the overall size of the joint space.
  • Possible displacement of the condylar head.
