QUESTION 1

In the left central incisor a small, well-defined periapical radiolucency is observed. The osteolytic lesion causes destruction of the buccal plate. An endodontic retreatment has been attempted. 

Total calcification of the root canal and perforation of the root at the buccal aspect are observed.
