Calcifying epithelial odontogenic cyst (gorlin cyst) .

  • Usually it affects young patients under 40 years of age.
  • Maxilla and mandible show almost equal distribution.
  • Radiographic findings. Initially it appears as a well-defined radiolucency. In advanced stages irregularly calcifications of various size are scattered within the radiolucency.
  • It can cause teeth displacement and root resorption.
