  • It is the most common benign tumor of the TMJ.
  • It is usually unilateral.
  • Signs and symptoms: facial asymmetry, decreased range of motion, malocclusion.
  • Imaging features: irregularly shaped radiopaque mass attached to the condyle causing enlargement of the condylar head.
