Osteochondroma .
- It is the most common benign tumor of the TMJ.
- It is usually unilateral.
- Signs and symptoms: facial asymmetry, decreased range of motion, malocclusion.
- Imaging features: irregularly shaped radiopaque mass attached to the condyle causing enlargement of the condylar head.
