Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma .
- It is a rare, benign tumor.
- Children and young adolescents are usually affected.
- Predominant location is the posterior region of mandible.
- It is often associated with impacted teeth.
- Radiographically it appears as a mixed osteolytic/osteoblastic lesion which quickly increases in size. The largest part of the lesion is osteolytic with well circumscribed borders. Within the radiolucency small discrete radiopacities are observed.
