In the second right molar of the maxilla, a complicated crown and root fracture is identified.
Small periapical osteolytic lesions are observed at the root apices of the fractured tooth. These lesions cause thinning, elevation, and perforation of the osseous floor of the maxillary sinus resulting in communication with it.
Mucosal thickening is observed at the floor of the right maxillary sinus.
A 42 years old male with a radicular cyst associated with the apices of the maxillary central incisors.
