Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma .

  • It is a rare, benign tumor.
  • Children and young adolescents are usually affected.
  • Predominant location is the posterior region of mandible.
  • It is often associated with impacted teeth.
  • Radiographically it appears as a mixed osteolytic/osteoblastic lesion which quickly increases in size. The largest part of the lesion is osteolytic with well circumscribed borders. Within the radiolucency small discrete radiopacities are observed.
