- Microdontia. The teeth are smaller than normal. Microdontia often involves the lateral incisors and third molars. Generalized microdontia is extremely rare and may be occur in pituitary dwarfism.
- Macrodontia. The teeth are larger than normal. Generalized macrodontia can be seen in pituitary gigantism.
