Buccal biffurcation cyst .
- It is a rare cyst that usually affects children from 5 to 10 years old.
- Most commonly occurs around the mandibular first molar, followed by the second molar.
- The associated tooth is vital.
- Radiographically a well defined radiolucency located in the buccal furcation of the affected molar is seen. The root tips of the involved tooth are often displaced toward the lingual cortical plate.
