Ewing sarcoma .

  • It originates from primitive neuroectodermal cells.
  • Young patients, 5 to 25  years old.
  • The mandible is most commonly affected.
  • Pain and swelling are the most common clinical signs and symptoms.
  • Radiolucent lesion with irregular borders, cortical perforation and in some cases periosteal bone reaction.
