Ewing sarcoma .
- It originates from primitive neuroectodermal cells.
- Young patients, 5 to 25 years old.
- The mandible is most commonly affected.
- Pain and swelling are the most common clinical signs and symptoms.
- Radiolucent lesion with irregular borders, cortical perforation and in some cases periosteal bone reaction.
